Physical Products — Website Orders

We take great pride in the quality of our physical planners. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mybusybestlife.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damage or defect

We will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Approved replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
