Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase confirmation. No shipping is required. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@mybusybestlife.com.
Physical Products — Website Orders
Physical planners ordered through mybusybestlife.com are printed and fulfilled through our production partner. Please allow the following timeframes:
Production time: 5–7 business days
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production
Total estimated delivery: 8–12 business days from order date
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Amazon Orders
For planners purchased through Amazon, shipping is handled directly by Amazon. Delivery timeframes and shipping options are determined by Amazon at checkout.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@mybusybestlife.com and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DreamMaker Group LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
